HEURTEAUX is a great specialist in fire resistant and smokeless formulations which are required for Railway, our primary market, but also for Building, Aeronautical, and Naval markets.

HEURTEAUX has compounds that fullfill the 1st “grille” category of the French standard NFF16-101.

HEURTEAUX offers a wide range of formulations, from classical to ultra-specialized, through EPDM, Neoprene, Silicone, Natural Rubber, Nitril, …

HEURTEAUX also proposes rubbers with excellent mechanical properties, and interesting resistance to inclemency, ozone, extreme temperatures, chemical products (hydrocarbures, oils, …).

HEURTEAUX determines and implements, or subcontracts, frequent standard laboratory tests.

HEURTEAUX also develops custom formulations if required, or modifies usual formulation to stay in compliance with a new law.

• • Internal and external making of tools (draw plates, shaping, tracing, drilling gauges, cutting tools, compression and injection moulds).
• • Extrusion, steam or continuous Vulcanization, marking, shaping, cutting, drilling, compression and injection weldings (angles, moulds, metal inserts ...) and every other process (adhesiving, flocking, ...).
These processes enable a wide range of products
